The price displayed at the time of purchase is the price you will pay for the artwork, excluding any applicable shipping charges.
Payment must be received in full before artwork is dispatched.
Orders will not be shipped until payment has been successfully processed.

All artworks are original creations by Alex Legouix unless otherwise stated.
Due to the handmade nature of each piece, slight variations in texture and finish are part of the artwork's unique character.
Colours may also vary slightly depending on individual screen settings.
Copyright of all artwork, images and content remains the property of Alex Legouix.
The purchase of an original artwork does not transfer copyright or reproduction rights.
No artwork, image or content from this website may be copied, reproduced, distributed or used commercially without prior written permission.

Original artworks are carefully packaged to ensure they arrive safely.
Shipping costs are calculated separately based on the size of the artwork and the delivery destination.
Once your order has been received, you will be contacted to confirm shipping arrangements where applicable.
Any customs duties, taxes or import fees for international orders are the responsibility of the purchaser.
Please choose your artwork carefully before purchasing.
Original artworks are unique and, unless faulty or damaged during transit, returns or exchanges are not accepted.
If your artwork arrives damaged, please contact me within 48 hours of delivery, including photographs of both the artwork and the packaging, so the matter can be resolved as quickly as possible.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions affects your statutory rights under applicable consumer law.
